SAIWA Complaint Procedure

SAIWA will receive, review and adjudicate complaints from the public where in the  provision of products or services the consumer considers that there is cause for complaint. We encourage the consumer (in the first instance to attempt to resolve any issues with the supplier(s)) but when this is not progressing satisfactorily- the consumer can download the PDF, complete and submit to info@saiwa.asn.au
