Application to Renew a Licence

CF1 Application for an Agent Licence
Security Agent, Crowd Controller Agent and Inquiry Agent. Passport photos must accompany this application.
CF2 Application for a Licence
Security Officer, Security Bodyguard, Crowd Controller, Investigator, Security installer and Security Consultant. Passport photos must accompany this application.
Character Suitability Reference Form (included in CF1 and CF2)
TO THE REFEREE – before you complete your reference, please read: This Form MUST BE COMPLETED BY YOU, the Referee.
- You are required to sign and date your reference document. Remember, you are accountable for what you write and sign your name to.
- You must provide your full name, address and contact number and you may be contacted by police to verify your statements.
- You must have known the applicant for a minimum of 5 years prior to the date of the licence application.
- Referee cannot be a current serving member of WA Police or be a family member by birth or marriage (includes defacto/partner)

Temporary Licence - Security Activities
A temporary licence is for the holder of an equivalent other Australian state or territory licence and can only be granted for a single event or function for a period no longer than 12 months, they are not renewable.
